QCI Global is a recognized Service Delivery Partner for the Woolworths Supplier Excellence Program. With over two decades of experience, QCI Global has built a strong reputation for delivering reliable support and ensuring alignment with Woolworths’ quality and safety expectations.

What Is It?

The Woolworths Supplier Excellence Program is a by-invitation-only initiative that ensures suppliers meet the brand’s strict contractual and quality requirements. Participation is exclusive and contingent upon approval from Woolworths, safeguarding the program’s integrity and ensuring that only pre-qualified, nominated suppliers can engage in its processes.

The Woolworths Supplier Excellence Program applies to companies that have been nominated by the Woolworths Business Teams as part of the contractual supply requirements. The Supplier Excellence program is by Woolworths’ invitation only and no Supplier can formally engage in any part of the Woolworths Supplier Excellence Program process without Woolworths’ consent.

The Woolworths Supplier Excellence Program covers all Woolworths Branded Food and Fresh Food and Non-Food / Consumer Goods products. Agents and Brokers associated with supplying products and critical services such as transport and warehousing are also required to meet the Woolworths Supplier Excellence standards.
